Fundraising cheques
Please remember, in order to receive a credit towards the $300 fundraising
cheque, each family is responsible to work one shift at Silverstick
as well as two additional credits. Families can obtain additional credits
by completing the following tasks:
o Acting as a coach/assistant coach/manager/trainer for the 2011-12
year. (2 credits)
o Acting as an ELMHA executive member and attending 80% of the meetings
and completing the designated job function. (2 credits)
o Acting as a Team Rep and attending 80% of the meetings and completing
the designated job function. (2 credits)
o Acting as a Silverstick director in the food booth, which would include
working two or three shifts as ‘lead’ kitchen person (2
credits)
o Working additional shifts in the Watford Silverstick food booth (1
credit)
o Working one shift at the Elimination Dance (1 credit)
o Working one shift at the raffle table on Minor Hockey Day (1 credit)
o Helping with this year’s Minor Hockey days (1 credit)
o Helping with this year’s Mighty Mite’s day (1 credit)
o Helping with this year’s year-end banquet. (1 credit)
All fundraising activities are for the current hockey season, August
2011 to April 2012. That means that all activities for reimbursement
have to be completed between this time period.
